Healthy Eating for the Holidays, with Karen from the Wellness Department Team
Karen will cover a list of simple things you can do to support yourself at or between family gatherings and parties. She will
also provide some key healthful information on day-to-day nutritional choices and how to apply them to a few traditional holiday dishes. Recipes included.
