CORRECTED RECIPE: QUARRY CAFE TURKEY ASIAGO SALAD

A light, delicious summery pasta salad on sale now in the Quarry Café. Serves 6-8
INGREDIENTS 1 lb farfalle or other pasta, cooked al dente 1 t black pepper 2 T Dijon mustard 1 T minced peeled garlic 2/3 c fresh basil pesto 1 1/3 c grated Asiago cheese 1/3 c lemon juice 2 c mayonnaise 2 c sliced button mushrooms 1 c sliced green onions 1 c sundried tomatoes (in oil, or dry reconsituted in boiling water), roughly chopped 10 oz oven-roasted turkey breast, chopped PREPARATION In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Taste, and adjust seasonings. |
