In lieu of an article, we are highlighting a video clip that was recently featured on CBS news. Now, like never before, Home Staging is becoming a paramount piece of the home marketing puzzle. Savvy agents are partnering with Home Stagers that they like and trust...after all, we are representing the agent. A trustworthy and certified Home Stager will bring a professional opinion about what does and does not need to be done to a property to get the most net gain. They will offer advice with an eye towards budget...always keeping the costs as nominal as possible to achieve the desired outcome.

Did you know? We are now selling home accents for use in staged properties, in addition to renting them. We listened to our clients and have expanded our offering in the way of products for sale.
