ARTICLE OF THE MONTH
With the economy still lagging, many folks are in a tight spot with homes to sell that are not receiving the number of showings that they had hoped for. Many of these houses are vacant, which adds another layer of challenge to the marketing of their property. In this months article, by Jeanette Joy Fisher, we are reminded of the TOP reasons why 'props' and partial staging are so vitally important...even if it requires a small financial investment. It is a good idea for sellers to factor in a budget (of money and time) to put towards "getting the house ready for market" so that they can do small repairs and take care of deferred maintenance items.

Each month we pick one of our favorite products to spotlight. This product is especially useful when staging for selling or staging for living. Presenting the Eureka Quick Up stick vacuum.
This tiny power-house is ideal for quick touch ups in the kitchen or family room. It works well when you don't have time to get out a huge vacuum that needs a plug.
