Greetings!
Hello everyone. Now is the time to check out what's NEW for you this season at Sunflower Staging. The slower pace of summer gave me a chance to brainstorm value added services, ideas and staging solutions for you. First up, my new service called Home Highlights.
NEW for you... Home Highlights
I am very excited about this new addition. Simply put, my new Home Highlight service is one that offers a FREE e-postcard with every staging consult. My most important goal as a stager is to do everything possible to enhance and propel the sale of a home. So, to that end, I will be offering a FREE e-postcard for every staging consultation. The postcard will feature the address, price, ML#, # bedrooms, # baths, finished sq. ft., and lot size. I can also add photos or a virtual tour link, whichever you choose.
A Home Highlight will blast to my entire database which is over 300 contacts. I believe this "value-added" service will set me apart from other stagers and also increase the exposure of the homes that I stage and consult on.
The first Home Highlight e-postcard went out a few days ago and I'd love to hear feedback (see link below). Email me your thoughts and pass the word to fellow agents.
Fabulous Fall Happenings
I will be attending the Association of Design 2008 conference in Mystic CT this month and have been asked to be a speaker on the topic of newsletters. I am honored to be part of a panel amongst some elite people in the design industry including:
- Margi Kyle - interior designer, TV host, keynote speaker
- Jane Pollak - internationally known entrepreneur, professional speaker and author
- Alexandra Stoddard - best selling author, interior designer, philosopher of contemporary living
- Pottery Barn - representatives from Pottery Barn will be speaking about home decorating trends
In October, I'll report back to you and share the latest information on home staging and related topics from the pros. Stay tuned...
Article of the Month
I found this article on PR.com from Maureen Reddy about how artwork can propel the sale a property. A Boston condo sold in 10 days and the owner says it was a direct result of the visual impact of the large paintings that were used for the staging. Click the link to view full article.
