A quote from Shane Tallant, host of HGTV's™ Designed to Sell, states: "You need people to be interested in the outside of your home to get people inside." Proper landscaping, deep cleaning, decluttering and proper pricing are all things that have to happen before any staging can be done. You can't underestimate the power of curb appeal in this market. Because there is so much inventory, a staged home will clearly have the best chance of standing above the competition and will likely get more showings than a non-staged home.
