The main objective of Sunflower Staging is to assist realtors and home sellers in distinguishing their homes from the competition by creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed spaces using practical ideas and furnishings. I create spaces that buyers can easily digest and mentally move their belongings into. When a buyer does this, an offer will come in and potentially be higher (on average) than similar properties -- and will be on the market for less time. |
