What is the average price for staging?
According to an article from MSNBC.com, by Gayle Ronan, paying for a spruce
up is a worthwhile endeavor. In the article, Barbara Schwartz states the following: "costs vary by region...West coast fees range from $1500 to $3000, depending on the size of the project, she says. In New York, the range is $2500 to $5000. For the midwest, figure $750 to $1800."
Of course here in Orange/Rockland counties, the average costs of staging are less than that which would be spent in the NYC metro area. It really depends on the project, size of the home, and how much work the seller is willing to do to meet his/her goals.
