Chicago Firm Acquires New Muskego Clinic Building

Taylor Johnson client HSA Commercial has been busy north of the border lately in the Milwaukee area. Last month, the firm announced major leases with Nordstrom Rack, Dick's Sporting Goods and ULTA at The Mayfair Collection, a 250,000-square-foot retail project in Wauwatosa, Wis. Just last week, the firm's health care practice group, HSA PrimeCare, announced the purchase of a 24,178-square-foot outpatient clinic occupied by Aurora Health Care in Muskego, Wisconsin.
