Cositutti Cooks for Christmas
This year's holiday tasting served to our family and friends included recipes and wines from Italy Taste and Travel sites. The wines, compliments of our Tuscan friends at the Capezzana and Vitanza estates, included a sparkling dessert wine from Piedmonte and wheels of pecorino cheese from our friend, Signor Zazzeri in Pienza. I can think of no better way to unwrap Italy for Christmas. For me bearing gifts for the Queen are the gifts of memories at the table during the holidays in the fellowship of family and friends.
