This years Annual Fall Tasting will be part of Fall Into Douglas, a weekend of events hosted by Shore Magazine in the picturesque riverside town of Douglas, Michigan. Located along the Kalamazoo River in southwestern Michigan, Douglas, near the town of Saugatuck, is about a two hour drive from Northwest Indiana. Part of Michigan's Art Coast, Douglas is well known for its unique galleries and distinctive shopping.
You can taste Artisan Italian food products from CosituttiMarketPlace in the courtyard of the Joys of Life Artful Gift Shop while visiting the Steve Rubinkam Studio Gallery.
If you haven't been up to this part of Michigan for a while, you're in for a real treat. The town is charming, the galleries are accessible and the Fall colors are at their peak. Near vineyards and orchards, spend the day or the weekend on a Gallery Stroll, vineyard romp or at a farmer's market for the final days of the fall harvest. |
