| Cositutti Attends 2008 Fancy Food Show |

 Cositutti attended the 2008 Chicago Fancy Food Show in April at McCormick Place. I really enjoyed meeting with representatives from the Italian Pavilion where I got a chance to sample some wonderful Italian confections that I hope to be able to bring to CosituttiMarketPlace. Four Miei Amici came along to help me taste test more than 100 new and different Italian specialty food products. I also met with members of the Italian Trade Commission and I got a chance to practice my Italian!
Fancy Food Shows are sponsored by NASFT, the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, an international organization composed of domestic and foreign manufacturers, importers, distributors. Cositutti plans to attend the TuttoFood Milano World Food Exhibition in 2009, an international partner of NASFT in Italy. TuttoFood along with VinItaly and Cibus are among the most prestigious food exhibitions in Italy with producers that represent the richness and diversity of traditional regional Italian food.
