Infused oils can be used instead of spices and herbs and add flavor to vegetables and meats. They also make great bases for salad dressings, marinades and sauces as well as a dipping oil with bread. I like to use the Rosemary Infused Oil on roasted or grilled vegetables.

Cositutti MarketPlace to Be Featured in Shore Magazine
 
Cositutti's on-line store, CosituttiMarketPlace, will be featured in the May/June issue of Shore Magazine. 
The issue will feature an Italian chocolate from BruCo, an Italian chocolatier from the Marche region of Italy.  Ciccolato di BruCo was voted Best Artisanal Chocolate in Italy at Eurochoc 2002 Perugia(a town known for discriminating chocolate lovers!).

A Taste of Cositutti - Italian Artisan Olive Oil
 
The April 24th Taste of Cositutti - Italian Olive Oil is fully reserved and everyone is looking forward to a "rip and dip" evening experiencing some of Italy's finest Artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oils.  Those attending will also have a chance to taste the new infused oils now available at CosituttiMarketPlace.

Lake Garda Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
Canonica Verde Oregano Infused Olive Oil

Popcorn with Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
 
This recipe is from Giada de Laurentis's Everyday Italian
 
1 cup popcorn kernels
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Rosemary Infused Oil
Salt
 
Stir the popcorn kernels and 1/2 cup of the oil in a heavy large pot. Cover and cook over medium heat until the kernels have popped, shaking the pot halfway through cooking, about 3 minutes. Immediately transfer the popcorn to a large serving bowl. Toss the popcorn with the remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Sprinkle with salt, to taste, and serve.
 
 Try this with the Appenino White Truffle Oil.
