This is a detail of a quilt that is still in process.  I am lucky enough to be one of five artists to have received a grant from the Art Inspector who promotes the
  I used all recycled materials and when I could I tried to use materials made in the USA.
There will be an exhibit at San Jose City Hall, 4th Street Windows with a reception during the week of Earth Day, April 19-24. I'll let you know the details. I hope you can make it if you're in the area!
Power

 POWER 

Louise Hay say's "The Point of Power is in the present Moment."  Everything else is just stuff we made up.  All those other thoughts are not the truth.  I notice that most of the time my mind is in the future or in the past.  Every so often I come back to the present and it feels great.  I practice coming back to NOW-its like being at home wherever I am, and its like being and coming from my heart.
