Staying present in the moment right here and right now is one of the most difficult and yet the most rewarding practices you can do.  It's so easy to become distracted, especially with all the good things in life.  And it is easy to believe in some of the distractions and painful events of the human condition. To really invest yourself in the now takes skill, patience and courage.  It takes guts to release the old patterns and become healed in the NOW!
