ATTENTION
I love the idea of being a wealthy person in every way. I have a well-supplied studio and a plethora of ideas in my mind. I eat healthy food and I exercise every day--so this gives me the energy to spend creative time in my work space. I read and meditate, so my thinking is reasonably clear. While I cultivate new friendships, I connect with family and old friends. In all of these ways I am a very rich person.
In the past, I might have stayed in hiding-- I was not paying attention to all of the aspects of my Life. I would rather have kept my head in the sand than be brave enough to admit how lucky I was or how talented. I would play leap-frog from one creative idea to the next-- always needing something new and exciting to look forward to rather than giving my attention to the present moment and setting priorities.
For me, paying attention and focusing has become my richest occupation. It shows me what I need to do next. When I give myself the attention I need, my guidance kicks in and I always know what to do and say. My listening gives me freedom because I know what I really need and what I truly want, and that is PEACE. I wish you peace!
