• Approved that the following slate of candidates - Christine Lusk, Russell Meachen, Cary McDonald, Ed Carrette, Jeff Campbell - be accepted for the 2009 Vestry Election and, be it further resolved, that they be elected by acclamation and no parish election be held since six slots are open and five candidates are being put forth.  One year slot will be negotiated with candidates or drawn by lot.
• Christine Lusk and Russell Meachen were appointed to fill immediately, two of the vacant vestry positions for the remainder of this year.
• Appointment of Debbie Allensworth as Council Delegate 2010- 2013.  Other Council Delegates are Barbara Kinsey, Bobby Nicholls, and Senior Warden.
• The vestry decided to forgo a Dinner Auction Replacement activity for this year, realizing the impact of a $10K budget income shortfall.
