           YMCA Building 
Happy New Year!  We hope you are staying warm and safe in this cold weather!  This issue of your member newsletter contains our new temporary hours, information on fitness classes and a facility usage chart to help you plan the right time for you to come in.      

Also, a warm welcome to all our new members!  Over 700 new members have joined the Y family so far this month-wow! 

 Extended Building Hours! 

In order to accomodate our growing membership, starting Sunday, January 17th the Y will be following these temporary extended hours.  These hours will be into effect until April 30th, 2010.
 
Monday-Thursday: 5:30am-9:30pm *
Friday:                 5:30am-9:00pm
Saturday:             8:00am-5:00pm
Sunday:               11:00am-5:00pm*

Group Fitness Classes 
 
Zumba
Did you know that Group Fitness Classes are FREE with your membership?  Nine different land fitness and four different aquatics classes are offered throughout each week.  That's 47 opportunities to meet other members, get your workout in and have fun!  You do not have to register; just show up ready to have a good time.  Click here for schedules for both land and aquatic classes.
We also offer Group Cycling Classes.  These are $2.00/class and you must register for a month at a time.  Check it out!

Facility Usage
We've created a chart showing the number of visits for a small sample of the week to help you find the best possible time to complete your fitness and health goals.  Soon, you'll be able to check out the usage bulletin board by the Wellness Center for a more up to date look at these numbers.
