Spotlight on....YMCA Aquatics Program

The YMCA has a great Aquatics Program that has opportunities for kids as young as 6 months to those looking for a slower paced Arthritis class.  Now that winter is approaching, it is a great time to sign your kids up so they can learn to swim before summer next year.

The following swim lessons are offered:

*Parent Child Lessons for kids 6-36 months old
*Preschool Swim Lessons for kids 3-5 years old
*Youth Swim Lessons for kids 6 & up
*Adult Swim Lessons
*Private Lessons for Y Members

The following group aquatics classes are free with your membership:

*Aquanastics
*Arthritis
*Water Dance
*Deep Water Aqua-Aerobics

See pages 4-7 of our brochure for class times and dates.

The YMCA also periodically offers a CPR/AED Review course and Lifeguard training.  A FREE swimming evaluation can be conducted if you are not sure of the level of your child's ability.  Please contact Beth, our Aquatics Coordinator, at the Y for more information or to schedule an evaluation.

Until next time,
