Santa Monica is proud to offer a free hands-on workshop for professional landscapers and gardeners, of all skill levels, who want to learn about the latest innovations in sprinklers and drip irrigation.   The three-hour hands-on workshop covers converting existing sprinklers heads to more water-efficient rotary nozzles, drip irrigation installation, weather-based irrigation controller programming, irrigation trouble-shooting, and alternatives to gas powered lawn equipment.

• Build Your Business - your customers likely don't know that a traditional sprinkler system for lawns can be converted to rotary nozzle sprinklers that reduce water use by 20% and a sprinkler system for shrubs can be converted to drip irrigation and reduce water use by 60%. 

• Receive Free Parts - attendees will be given a complete drip irrigation kit and rotary nozzle sprinklers.  

• Rebates up to $3,000 are available for these water-saving irrigation systems for water customers in Santa Monica.
