Right now you can get big cash for going sustainable - up to $5,000 rebates are available for Santa Monica property owners. Rebate registration begins January 10, 2011. The funds will not last.

- Irrigation Rebate: up to $500 - Upgrade your system.
- Free Irrigation Products: up to $500 - Free products for low-income homeowners.
- Rainwater Harvesting Rebates: up to $500 - Capture and use rainwater.
