What's D.C.'s Agenda for Your Business?
The ABA Human Resources Committee, Safety Committee, Legal Committee, and Distribution Task Force will hold joint meetings Jan. 24-25, 2011, to hear from key legislative and regulatory speakers, including Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) and Dr. David Michaels, MPH, Asst. Secretary, OSHA.
This joint meeting also includes:
- Reception and Dinner on Capitol Hill with Guest Speaker Rep. John Kline (invited) and newly-elected members of Congress
- Roundtable discussion on how the 2012 congressional and regulatory agenda will impact the baking industry - led by Randel Johnson, Vice President, U.S. Chamber of Commerce (invited)
- Legislative and regulatory update by Peter Susser, Littler, and ABA staff.
