IBIE Promised and IBIE Delivered
IBIE 2010, Sept. 26-29, in Las Vegas, was a huge success. Both attendance and exhibits exceeded expectations due to tremendous value available to each segment.
The 2010 show featured many new or expanded programs, including: the International Buyer Program; an expanded and enhanced education program that featured hands-on sessions; inspirational competitions, including the "Louis Lesaffre Cup" Baking Competition, World Chocolate Master Regional Qualifier, and the 10th Annual RBA Pillsbury Baker's Plus Grand Champion Creative Decorating Competition.
In addition, the B.E.S.T. in Baking program (recognizing exhibitors that have made a commitment to the environment) was launched and the Corporate Meetings Program provided meeting space to approximately 60 companies at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
