SAVE MONEY AT FOOT SOLUTIONS WITH YOUR FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNT BEFORE THE END OF 2009!
Check with your FSA Provider for details.

Flexible spending accounts allow you to use pretax dollars to pay for certain approved health-care expenses, and are a great way to save money.
You probably know that doctor's office co-pays and over-the-counter medications qualify for their FSA, but guess what?
Some of your Foot Solutions purchases might qualify for FSA reimbursement, too!
The IRS and your FSA provider have guidelines that determine what can be reimbursed. Foot inserts and orthopedic shoes qualify for FSA reimbursement when a doctor or other licensed health care provider certifies that they are medically necessary with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
Generally, any health care professional that can legally write a prescription can write a LMN. Chiropractors and Physical Therapists may also meet the criteria (check with your FSA provider).
It is your responsibility to keep the LMN and Foot Solutions receipts. Hang on to them, because your provider will likely want a copy of both.
FSAs follow a "use it or lose it" philosophy, which means that any money still in the account as 2009 ends is forfeited.
Don't lose your hard-earned money!
Put it to use for properly fitting shoes and supportive inserts before the end of the year. Should you have any questions, first check with your FSA provider and then feel free to contact us, or have your doctor contact us at any time.
An FSA is a great way to save money.
Make sure you're using it for your qualified Foot Solutions purchases!

Foot Solutions Can Help Provide Relief and Savings with Your Flex Spending Account
Check with your FSA Provider for details.
With a prescription or letter from your doctor, the cost of some of your Foot Solutions purchases may qualify for FSA reimbursement. Your doctor can write a Letter of Medical Necessity for almost any condition, and Foot Solutions should be able to provide the appropriate shoes, inserts or accommodative devices.
The following conditions are some that we see frequently at Foot Solutions. Many others may also qualify for FSA reimbursement.
Contact your provider for more details, and visit Foot Solutions to use up any remaining FSA funds before they expire at the end of the year!

Plan Ahead for 2010
|
For many FSA plans, enrollment runs November-January. That means it's time to think about how much you'll want to allocate to your Flex Spending Account for 2010. Now that you know you'll be able to use your FSA for certain shoes, custom inserts and other accommodative devices from Foot Solutions (with a letter of medical necessity form your doctor), make sure you allocate an appropriate amount!
- Will you need to replace your inserts?
- Will you need different inserts for dress or athletic shoes?
- Will you need more footwear that accommodates inserts you already have?
These purchases might as well be tax-free, so plan your FSA contribution accordingly. Foot Solutions looks forward to helping you with your FSA purchases this year and in the future.
