NEW CPG access to Mayo Clinic
website for CREDO participants
For several years, Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth has provided CREDO with the physical Health Assessment required of participants before they attend a CREDO Conference as well as a full range of Web-based health information and tools. That partnership and the Mayo Clinic healthcare portal remain intact for the remainder of 2012. Use it.
The CREDO/Mayo Clinic partnership is changing. During late September and early October, clergy and lay employees of the Episcopal Church are receiving invitations from Medical Trust to enroll in a new web portal with Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth. When you receive your activation invitation and number, please register. And feel free to begin using this access instead of your CREDO access.
If you are attending a fall 2012 CREDO conference, however, you should continue with the CREDO access until after your conference.
On January 1, 2013, the CREDO portal with Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth will close and CREDO participants will be included in the new Church Pension Group (CPG) health assessment and Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth web access.
Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth remains an essential partner of CREDO in the health maintenance of conference participants.
CREDO participants who have used Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth in the past will have to (and are encouraged to) take their Health Assessment again. Your Health Assessment records will not transfer to the new CPG portal. Once you have taken your Health Assessment again, the Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth resource will function the same as in the past.
