August 2010
Greetings!

Welcome to the first installment of A Guide to Spiritual Practice. While some readers have already signed up, we want to broaden our invitation to everyone this month by circulating a more substantive taste of this CREDO resource. If you sign up today, you will receive, over the coming months, two dozen thoughtful and creative samples of ways to engage spiritual practice in everyday life.

Spiritual Practices ResourceThe guide is written by two CREDO conference leaders. Brian Taylor introduces What is spiritual practice? and Renée Miller explores the range of spiritual practices and disciplines -- from Centering Prayer and Spiritual Writing to other manners of being that include music, art, and even the mindfulness of movie-going.

Over the course of the next year, A Guide to Spiritual Practice will be integrated into the curriculum at CREDO conferences.

Over the same time, we plan to release one spiritual practice idea every two weeks like Himalayan prayer flags--to let them flap in the breeze of your prayerful consideration.

Help us spread the word; anyone can sign up so forward to a friend. This is a fabulous post-conference spiritual component resource.
