Greetings!
November is here, with the Holidays right around the corner, followed by the Magical Date of January 1, 2010. We are looking forward to experiencing continued growth in 2010, with the completion of our new expansion.
November is also the time that we take to remind our customers about the "Storage Exemption" and "report of Goods in Interstate or Foreign Commerce" that will be in storage at our facility on January 1.
For our new customers who have not gone through this process before please contact us to see how you can take advantage of your property tax exemption and for the direct line to Harris County to discuss your possible exemptions with them.
Please note that our offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday starting Thursday November 26th. We will reopen for business on Monday November 30th at 7am. |

Expansion: Phase 1 to be ready soon |
2009 has been a tough economy for many of our customers, however we chose to move forward with the first phase of our expansion plans, so that when business start picking up for each of you we are poised with the available space for your storage and project cargo needs.
Phase 1 incudes an addition of extra space that will add an area 400 x 70 feet. This new bay will be equipped with two 25 Ton Overhead Cranes with 32 foot under hook. The Top 4 feet of the building will be enclosed with "Clear Panels" to allow natural light to enter the building, thereby reducing energy expense.
This expansion has been designed to move the back wall out an additional 200 feet in another planned expansion of the facility.
If you're in the Houston Area, stop by for a complete tour of our facilities.

2009 Break Bulk Conference |
We find that there is so much information out there, that we could not begin to include everything in our newsletter, so we have set up a "BLOG" that we post to on a regular basis. You can bookmark this link and check whenever you wish.
This year was our first opportunity to attend the "Break Bulk Conference", and it was definitely time that was wisely invested. Hearing about some of the positive changes in the economy that are expected to take place in the coming year left us excited about the potential for new business.
It was also a great opportunity to finally meet some of our customers face to face, reconnect with others and network with so many others.
Next year the Conference will be in Houston, and we already have it on our schedule as a "must attend" event.
