We are pleased to introduce Martin Eichinger's newest sculpture, To Love is To Be.
The second breath in Martin's meditation is a play-on-words, yet the intent is clear: The act of loving and being loved is integral to our being.
In a gesture true to his romantic, narrative sculpting style, this figure suggests the above with a graceful elegance.

The finished clay stands 42" h x 18" w, and will be mounted on a rectangular, black granite base (14" w x 14" w x 18" h). Total height of the sculpture with base will be 60". The patina is expected to be in Eichinger's signature style: rusty browns near the bottom fading up to light beige.
To Love is To Be will be cast in bronze as a limited edition of 75, with a bronze release date is scheduled for late March.
