Special Needs Children
We have 6 special needs children available for adoption listed at our site. CLICK HERE to go directly to the site. Once on the site you will need to click on New User Registration at the top of the page if you have not already registered at the site. This will give you access to the Members Area where the special needs children are listed.
We will be adding more children to the list as we get them but wanted to get the information about these children out as soon as possible.
As international adoptions all over are going through a transition, we want to continue to get the word out about special needs children around the world that need homes and to continue to provide care for those children in China and Vietnam that need our help and yours.
We will continue to add more content to the site such as information resources for special needs children, children that need homes, etc. We have news from China and Vietnam on the site now so you can keep up with what is happening.
If you have any suggestions about what you would like to see on the site please let us know. As this site grows we will be phasing out our IAAPCenter site.
Thank you all for your support of our programs and for the support of the children in our Center in Siping, China. Your support is changing and saving lives everyday.

Hope.md - Helping Iraqi Children
We came across this organization that is trying to help those children in Iraq that have been caught up in the terrible consequences of war. They are a group of Iraqi and Military doctors that saw the need to help these innocent victims and decided to do something about it. You can see the great work they are trying to do by going to http://hope.md .
CLICK HERE to see an article on MSNBC about the work this group is doing and the frustrating red tape they must go through to help these kids. |

Reminder to all China Families
If you submitted a dossier to China before April 1, 2008 and you are still waiting on a referral, you must keep your I-600A approval current. If you let your I-600A expire you will be required to submit a new I-800A and the case will be considered an adoption under the Hague rules. This adds considerable cost and time to the process so be sure to keep your I-600A approval current. You can see the expiration date by looking at the approval date in the upper right hand corner of your I-171H. Your I-171H will expire 18 months after that date. Please allow plenty of time for renewal of this form.
