New Children at the Centers
PhotoWe have four new children at our Center in Changchun!

All four of the new arrivals were sick with a "stomach bug" when they came to our Changchun Center. They have been receiving IV fluids since they were all dehydrated. Once everyone is well again, they can begin to settle in with the other children. We do not know at this time which of the children will require surgery first.

You will see each child's photo below with a short description.  We need sponsors for each of these children so that we can provide them with the care they need, which they were not getting in their orphanages.  As you will see some will require surgery and others need a lot of love and care to be sure they thrive and are able to become strong enough to be adopted.

There is a PayPal button to click for each child. Even if you do not use PayPal you can click on the PayPal link and use your credit card.  We are asking for a monthly donation of $29 per child to help provide food, medicine, housing and care.  It costs much more than this to care for each child so we will need several donors per child.  Your donation will be combined with others to provide your sponsored child, as well as the others at the Centers, the care they need.

We are in the process of setting up a web site so you can check on the progress of your child at any time.  Our goal is to provide care for these children until they are healthy enough to go back to their orphanage or until they find their forever family through adoption.

The children in our Centers in Changchun and Siping are either already assigned to families, or are not currently available for adoption.

We thank you for your support and your sponsored child thanks you for giving them hope!

Chang RongMeng - girl - born July 26, 2007
Meng
Chang RongMeng was born on July 26, 2007. This tiny baby girl was born with spina bifida, and was in poor condition when she arrived at our Changchun Center. Meng was very unhappy when her picture was taken, and from the look of her diaper rash and skinny arms and legs....who could blame her? We are confidant the nannies will have her well fed and with healthy skin very soon. We do not know if or when any surgery will be planned for Meng.

RongMeng is not available for adoption at this time.

 Zhou
Chang RongZhuo was born on July 8, 2007. She decided to come into this world a little early, so she will be staying at our Changchun Center to be sure she receives the nutrition and stimulation she requires. She will definitely receive the spoiling she needs!

RongZhou is not available for adoption at this time.

 WeiNan
Chang WeiNan was born on July 21, 2007. WeiNan has a cleft lip and palate that will require surgery when he is a little older. Right now, the nannies will be concentrating on fattening him up! He is extremely underweight, and as a result he is not a happy little guy!

WeiNan is not available for adoption at this time.

There are 22 children at the Changchun Center and the Siping Center that need your help and sponsorship.  We will have information available about all of them soon.  In the meantime if you would like to provide general support to the Centers you can CLICK HERE to be directed to PayPal.

We personally sponsor three children in Uganda so they can go to school. It is worth every penny when we see how they have improved and how excited they are with the opportunity to go to school. The children in our Centers may be too young to tell us of their appreciation but we can see how thankful they are every time we see a photo of their healthy, happy, smiling faces! On their behalf, we would like to thank all of you who provide them the opportunity to live in our Centers.

Sincerely,

Dick & Cheryl Graham
