To our friends and fellow Moe fans,
Over the years, many of you have asked us (GGA) how you could help spread the word about Moe Norman and the Graves Golf Academy.

Now, with our new and improved technology, we have developed a solution!  We know you are passionate about Moe Norman's golf swing and what it's done for your game, and with your help, we want to share it with the golf world.

This email is a Special Edition of our normal E-Tip Newsletter that puts in your hands the Moe Norman story and how it can help golfers of all abilities, experience, and interest in the game.  We wanted to give you a way to tell your golf buddies, friends, and family about the hope and joy you've found by modeling Moe's swing, and so we designed a contest, so that the GGA can reward you for helping us "Spread the Word, grass roots style".

How do you participate in this contest?
Simple.  Forward this email to your golf buddies, family members, or others with whom you'd like to see improve their golf games. Click the button below to forward now, or there is a link at the bottom of the email to forward as well.

Thank you in advance for helping us "Spread the Word".  Be sure to read the Rules/Regulations on how you will be entered to win some great prizes.  The videos we are recommending for your friends, family and others to watch in the email are project we (GGA) are very proud of and want to share with every golfer out there.

As always, you can count on us to continue to work hard with you to achieve your goals with the game!

At this point, we are sure there are a couple questions you may have.
  • Who is Moe Norman?
  • Why was Moe Norman special?
  • Why should I even consider Moe Norman's swing as an option for me?
  • Who is the Graves Golf Academy?
  • How can the Graves Golf Academy help me?
The answers to those questions, and more, are contained below.  Please read on.

The Moe Norman Answers
Who was Moe Norman? Why was Moe Norman special?

Moe Norman is most likely the best golfer you've never heard of.  He was regarded many many past and present tour players as the greatest ball striker who ever lived.

While we could write pages about who Moe was, simply click the link below and see and hear for yourself who Moe Norman was.  This piece was an ESPN feature on Moe aired April 10, 2005 after the Masters Tournament.

Why should you even consider Moe Norman's swing as an option for you?

There are a number of reasons why your friends have decided to model Moe Norman's swing in their own games.  Just a few of the most common reasons are:
Less complicated to learn
Easier to diagnose problems
No list of 20 things to remember when you set up over the ball
Easier on the back (many students with past back issues are now enjoying the game again)

While that list can go on, below is a link to a video of "Little Moe", Todd Graves, describing the differences and benefits of Moe Norman's swing.  Click below to see for yourself:

The Graves Golf Academy Answers
Founded in 2000 by brothers Todd and Tim Graves, the Graves Golf Academy has proudly become the world's foremost authority in teaching the legendary golf swing of Moe Norman.

Todd Graves

Todd, whose personal relationship with Moe Norman earned him the nickname "Little Moe" by Moe himself, spent the last 11 years of Moe's life learning from and studying the legend.  In fact, Moe claimed that his protege', Todd Graves, was the only person who really knew his swing.  In addition to the unique relationship with Moe Norman, Todd also brings years of tour golf experience to the Academy.

Tim Graves

Tim Graves, PGA, brings his unique expertise in the short game to the Academy.  Along with his short game knowledge, Tim also brings years and years of touring experience to the Academy.  Still active in competitive professional golf, Tim's perspective on playing the game allows the Academy's students to look at the game through the eyes of a touring professional.

How is the Graves Golf Academy carrying on Moe's legacy, and how can the Academy help you?

The best answer to that question is again a short video.  Click the link below to see the full story of our connection with Moe Norman and how we work to help you play your best golf.
