**NEW** PPFS Course and Certifying Exam Now Available by Distance Education **NEW** |
We are excited to announce that our Fit 4 Two Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist course and certifying exam are now available by distance education.
After five years of delivering this course, we have come to realize that attending a full weekend course in person is simply not possible for everyone.
We have worked hard to create a distance education option that makes becoming a certified pre and postnatal fitness specialist more accessible to everyone.
Full details can be found on our website.
