How are they the same?
Both classes include a cardiovascular warm-up, strength training, and a pregnancy safe core segment.
How are they different?
Prenatal Fitness includes cardiovascular exercise and includes pregnancy specific stretches at the end of class.
Prenatal Fitness Fusion includes yoga inspired poses and breathwork in increase strength and flexibility. |

How are they the same?
Both classes usually take place outdoors and include cardio, strength, core and flexibility.
How are they different?
Stroller Fitness focuses on cardiovascular and muscular endurance. There is always a low impact option and instructors give plenty of progressions/options. Moms are encouraged to ease back into fitness gradually but also to challenge themselves when ready. Particular attention is given to strengthening the pelvic floor and stabilizing the joints.
Stroller Bootcamp is an advanced class. It goes beyond endurance to include power, speed, agility and more. Most cardio drills are high impact and intructors push participants to take it to the next level. Bootcamp requires participants to already be fit and to have been doing cardiovascular exercise and strength training regularly for at least 6 weeks.
