Presenters
Katie Dyck
Katie Dyck, mother of 2 and Physiotherapist created PhysioFit Mom Pre/Postnatal Fitness & Physiotherapy in 2002. She has several Pre/Postnatal Fitness certifications and extensive post-graduate training in Orthoedics, Fitness and Women's Health.
Sue Dumais
Sue is the owner of Family Passages Studio. She is a true pioneer in the field of fitness, yoga and mind body therapy specializing in fertility and pre/post natal health. Sue is the author of A Strong Core for Life and Yoga for Fertility Handbook and is an international presenter. She works closely with world-renowned physiotherapist, Diane Lee.
Andrea Ferguson owns Life Designs Coaching & Consulting. She has developed and taught Nutrition courses for the general population, parents of toddlers and preschoolers and postnatal women through Fit 4 TwoŽ. She's earned these designations: BSc Dietetics, BCRPA Fitness Leader, Can Fit Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Health Coach and mom of two.
Melanie Osmack
Melanie Osmack is the founder of Fit 4 TwoŽ Pre and Postnatal Fitness Inc. She is a certified pre and postnatal fitness specialist, instructor trainer, course developer, presenter and writer. Melanie's day-to-day life involves supporting Fit 4 Two franchisees, teaching Fit 4 Two classes and raising her two young children.
Krista Paulson
Krista Paulson is a hand & upper limb Physiotherapist. She graduated from the University of Manitoba and has completed clinical training at the Karonlinska Institute in Sweden. Krista is certified in acupuncture. She is currently completing a Master's of Science Degree with a research project acupuncture and forearm pain.
