  • Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland is offering a $1,000 scholarship to a current high school senior who will be graduating in 2012.   • Drop by the Diabetes Partnership office at 3601 S. Green Rd. Beachwood to Ask a Diabetes Educator every Friday from 10 to 11 AM and 2 to 3 PM. This friendly and open forum is for you to ask our experienced diabetes educators questions about diabetes or the prevention of diabetes. No appointment needed.   

 

  • Meet one on one with a registered nurse or registered dietician at Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland's office  to discuss your diabetes self-management plan! Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call 216-591-0800 to schedule an appointment today. 
      
  • Diabetes Matters Empowerment Groups 
    • Euclid Empowerment Group will meet on February 20 at the Euclid Public Library at 6:45 PM.
