Tina Milano Headshot

It's hard to believe that January is over and we are well on our way into the New Year. Many of us have made resolutions to stay healthy in 2012 but keeping these resolutions is not always easy. Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland is here to help you stay motivated.

One way to get moving as we head into spring is to participate in Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland's 27th annual Swim for Diabetes. This year's honorary co-chairs are Olympic Gold Medalist Diana Munz and Jerry and Coleen Skeabeck, NBC's "The Biggest Loser: Families" Contestants. Register today and join us in improving your health while raising money for diabetes.

Swim for Diabetes will take place on April 20, 21, and 22 at more than 45 pool locations throughout Northeast Ohio. If you don't swim, you can still support Swim for Diabetes by making a donation or pick an exercise of your choice and work on your own. Visit our website to find a pool near you and start swimming! Good luck! Tina Milano's Signature
