Diabetes Ambassadors
Diabetes is a serious illness that touches the lives of so many people living in Cleveland. Become a Diabetes Ambassador and help people you know learn about diabetes. Help people understand risk factors, symptoms, and ways to control this disease. Or invite a Diabetes Ambassador to come speak to your group about diabetes. Presentations take 30 minutes and can be provided in SPANISH or ENGLISH. Diabetes materials will be provided. Please call Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland at 216-591-0800.

Tina Milano HeadshotWelcome to a new year and new beginnings at Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland!

 

Although some changes have been made, Diabetes Partnership is still your local center for the support you need to live well with diabetes. Our team of experienced diabetes educators is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to answer any questions you have about diabetes or the prevention of diabetes. Call 216-591-0800 to schedule a one on one appointment or drop by the office on Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM or 2:00 to 3:00 PM for a friendly and open forum to ask our educators questions.

 

This year, we also have a new series of classes starting in February. Take the New Year's Challenge and sign up today to start 2012 off in a positive and healthy way.

Rescheduled! Bocce and Bowling Tournament 
Bowling Ball and PinsFreeway Lanes Bowling and Bocce Tournament has been postponed and rescheduled to February 11 and 12 at which time will only be a Bocce Tournament.Click here for more information or visit the Freeway Lanes website to register by clicking here. 15 % of the tournament registration fee will be donated to Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland.
Nautica Cashes Out for Diabetes
Poker Tournament Thank you to staff, volunteers, and everyone at Nautica for volunteering their time and effort on December 13 and 14 at the Nautica Charity Poker Tournament. Because of this support, Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland raised $14,400! Thank you for making this event a success!

Registration for the summer 2012 Camp Ho Mita Koda season is now open! Visit our website for more information and to register.
  • Open House For All Ages: June 16
  • Session 1 Ages 8-12: June 17-21
  • Session 2 Ages 11-15: June 24-28
  • Mini Camp Ages 4-10 and Siblings and Parents: June 30. Overnight option available.
  • Session 3 Ages 12-15: July 8-19
  • Session 4 Ages 9-13: July 22-26
  • Session 5 Ages 6-10: July 29-31

If your child has attended an overnight camp session at Camp Ho Mita Koda in the past, and camp registration is complete before December 31, 2011, you are eligible for a $25 camp fee discount. Register Today!
