Royal and Select Masons of Ohio Support
| DAGC staff members Helen Dumski, Julie Hewitt and Siri Zimmerman with Bob Rhinehart of the Masons | Camp
For many years, Camp Ho Mita Koda has been fortunate to be a recipient of funds raised by the Grand Council of Royal and Select Masons of Ohio. This year, the Masons donated $16,000 to Camp Ho Mita Koda to provide camperships (scholarships) to children who would otherwise not be able to attend camp.

In addition, every year the Grand Master of the Royal and Select Masons of Ohio creates a pin to hand out to all he comes in contact with, including his companions (fellow Masons). The pin is a representation of how he wants to be remembered. This year's Grand Master, Most Illustrious Companion Pat Lively, created his pin with kids who have diabetes in mind. The creative and colorful design of the pin (shown above) has a cartoon character of a little boy and a tent with the words, "Helping Kids with Diabetes, 1977-2011 Beyond, Grand Council of Ohio."
Thank you Grand Council of Royal and Select Masons of Ohio for all you do to bring awareness about diabetes and for your wonderful support of our very own Camp Ho Mita Koda. |
St. Joseph Academy Swim Team Swims for Diabetes

Siblings, swimmers from the St. Ed's swim team, and former coaches also participated. Special thanks to SJA Head Coach Stephanie Markley for coordinating the event!
