We've had another great week on the deepwater selling two homes; one at 9 Kumbada Court, Minyama, which was sold 48 hours post auction to some keen paddlers and 14 Culbara Street, Mooloolaba to a couple of expats looking for another sound investment on the waterfront.

That makes 39 deep waterfront properties that we know of, selling this year, just ahead of the 2008 numbers, and this year we have had to contend with the global meltdown.

Yes, the deepwater market is hotting up, and stock is getting very low especially in Minyama.
