Yes, Trevor & Glenys have moved forward to greener pastures. We have joined forces with the dynamic team of Jamie Holbrook and Serg Gubecka at Property Today.

We will still be looking after our beloved waterfront properties in Minyama, Buddina and Mooloolaba, as well as the coastal strip to Bokarina.
As most people know, Trevor is a very keen yachtsman and is passionate about his sailing. Property Today is happy to support him and take over his personal sponsorship of Mooloolaba Yacht Club and the Australian Etchells Winter Championships that are held yearly in Mooloolaba.
The big news for the week or maybe this year is the announcement from the Department of Transport & Main Roads (DTMR) that they're considering realigning MMTC/CAMCOS road and rail project, which is the Caloundra Road to Maroochydore transport corridor, pushing six lanes and two rail lines right through the heart of "Hideaway Waters", Mountain Creek.
We currently have two homes for sale in the affected area and hopefully the DTMR will step up and purchase these properties for a fair price asap, to allow these families to move on.
Looking on the positive side, waterfront owners of this area in Hideaway Waters may look at moving into the waterfront areas of Minyama, Buddina or Mooloolaba, which will help with the turnover of these areas and benefit all waterfront owners.
