Where does Guacamole comes from? |
 The name Guacamole comes from the Aztec dialect Nahuatl, Ahacamolli, from ahuacatl (avocado) + molli (sauce) Avocado sauce. Born in Mexico, during the Aztec empire, made with fresh avocados mashed in a Molcajete (a stone-made kitchen utensil common in Mexico). Guacamole is usually combined with fried tortilla chips, called "totopos", the common way is to use the guacamole as a dip with the Tortilla chips.
Guacamole can be spicy since one of its ingredients is chili, it also contains tomato and onion, so it's a very healthy Mexican delicacy.
