Mosaic Path Presents...
Silencing the Inner Critic
Eliminating the negative self talk and doubts
that hold you back from living big!

If you're tired of the messages your inner critic is whispering (or shouting!) in your ear, help is on the way.  Whether you've hit a recent pothole on the road of self esteem, or just want to shore up some extra confidence for an upcoming project, please join me for a women's workshop on silencing the voice of doubt.  We'll talk, we'll laugh, we'll explore, and most importantly, we'll work on helping you minimize this detractor that we all face at one time or another. Here's what you'll get at the workshop:

  • Conversation and experiential exercises that will help you identify, manage, and transform the messages you get from your inner critic.
  • Activities that will be fun and will help you think out of the box.
  • A relaxed atmosphere of sharing with an intimate group of like-minded (and fabulous!) women.
  • Light refreshments, including a wine and cheese celebration at the end!
But even more importantly, here's what you'll potentially get after the workshop:
  • You'll fee more ease and confidence in everything you do, especially the things that used to feel risky.
  • You'll FINALLY feel comfortable enough to go after that thing you've wanted so badly but were afraid to try.
  • You'll contribute to the world in an even bigger way, and inspire others to live a bigger life too!

A message from your presenter:

Like most people, I'm no stranger to the inner critic.  As a spiritual, creative, whole brain thinker, who spent 20 years surviving in the corporate world, I heard its voice many times!  Six years ago, I formed my own company, Mosaic Path Coaching & Training, and my dramatic shift to the life of an entrepreneur gave me even more opportunities to get to know my critic!  But throughout my life, I've noticed that my times of greatest success were when I managed to ignore this voice, while my times of greatest challenge were when I heard it and listened.  I think it's THE biggest factor in whether we succeed or not.  I've now helped hundreds of others get beyond their own limitations, and they are accomplishing amazing things!  Please join us on this journey.
