Greetings! This year has been one of many changes at BEST Inc. Some of the major changes from 2007 include: We have launched several new PCB repair products along with the new reballing preform -EZReball(TM). BEST has become a more complete supplier of reverse logistic services with the addition of full test capabilities. There are several compelling reasons why you should begin using these preforms to reball your devices : This method is clean. There are no messy paper remnants to wipe away. Peel the preform away and clean the flux off of the bottom of the device. The method is fast . The preforms are cut such that they can be "squared up" to the package being reballed using the edges of the package for alignment, thereby eliminating the need to mechanically fixture a reballing tool to the device. provides SMT technicians, SMT operators,
engineers and other personnel new to SMT
assembly with the knowledge and
understanding of the steps involved in the
manufacturing of modern electronic
assemblies. This course is meant for those
involved in electronics manufacturing who
desire a thorough understanding of the
assembly of surface mounted electronic
assemblies.
Practical assembly techniques, hands-on
demonstrations, local area plant tours and
explanations by a variety of experts in the
field as well as classroom lectures are used
to emphasize the teaching points. The student
will be exposed to 50% lab/plant tour
information with the balance being classroom
lectures.
