TCP Leadership Series Book of the Week
On the Move: Adding Strength, Speed and Balance to Your Congregation by C. Jeff Woods On the Move Cover

Agility requires strength, speed, and balance. On the Move: Adding Strength, Speed and Balance to Your Congregation will help your organization enhance all three. Each section of the book contains a chapter focusing on strength and another on speed, and every chapter describes a "balance point" that must be achieved in order for an organization to maintain equilibrium as it grows and develops. On the Move contains a strong theoretical base as well as practical examples of how to put each concept to work in your organization.
