Weekends At Full City Cafe
Made from Scratch? You bet.

The anti-prepackaged food establishment.

Greetings!

Another year has begun.
Hopefully it can't be any worse than last year.

It was in January last year that Barb called and told me that her child, Marissa was diagnosed with childhood leukemia.

Barb returned to work after a few months. She was cheerful, optimistic and positive about Marissa's outcome. We got glimpse every now and then behind the facade and saw the strain and worry that any mother would have and our heart went out to her.

What a difference a year makes! Although Marissa still needs treatment her prognosis is excellent.

Over Christmas break Barb and her family went to Disneyland courtesy of Make a Wish.

Marissa and her sister had a wonderful time and got to see Mickey, Minnie and a whole lot more. Mostly, they wanted to go swimming. Barb returned and said she had a great time but needed a vacation from her vacation. The kids had wore her out.

Barb's folks stopped in for a visit on her first day back after vacation. They wanted to find out how the vacation was.

When they left I help open the door for them and wished them a Happy New Year. They responded with Happy New Year and "it can't be any worse than last year."

No, it can't.

Looking forward to serving you and to a better year.

Sincerely,

Italian Days
Pollo Saltimbocca.
Our first limited offering of the year is one of our favorites.

This is our fourth year of joining with Gruppo Virtuale Cuochi Italini in offering their official Italian and authentic dish.

This year the official dish is Ossobuco in Gremolata alla Milanese. Along with Ossobuco we will be serving other Italian Dishes as authentic as we can get them!

January 13-21
The Big Game

Unless you are lucky enough to get tickets you will be watching the "Big Game" this year at home like the rest of us.

In my humble opinion, nothing goes better with football than barbecue.

In my biased opinion there isn't anything "Q" better than ours.(yes, it is heavily and unashamedly  biased)

We are offering nothing but Ala carte this year.
Get a couple slabs or a couple pounds it is up to you.

Ask your server for details.
