Greetings!  

It is a great time of the year for those who love cook with fresh vegetables and fruit.

This weekend we have cherries from Schultz Fruitridge Farms, blueberries from Nuttings farms and raspberries from Vorachecks.

It is hard for us to control our wild exuberance as we want to put a dozen different features on every night of the week.  You will find soemthing on our featured items with all three of these fruits this weekend.

Look  for us to bring in more fresh and local vegetables and fruits from now until fall signals the end of the local bounty.

Try to get out to the local Farms yourselves and take advantage of fresh and local. The season is short but the freshness and flavor can't be beat!
