What does GiveForward do?
 GiveForward
When a loved one gets sick, friends and family immediately ask one question: "what can I do to help?"  The GiveForward platform provides a solution that empowers friends and family to contribute to a loved one's recovery and create economic stability for a family they care about.   There is no faster or more cost effective way to raise funds.  Within 15 minutes of signing up,  a user can create a fundraising page, share the custom URL with hundreds of supporters via email and Facebook and begin collecting thousands of dollars immediately on behalf of their loved one.

Why do you care?

We save lives and prevent financial ruin (62% of bankruptcies are caused by medical debt).  Long term, we are changing the  social mores surrounding giving during times of need.  Traditionally, Americans have given during times of celebration like weddings, but when people are sick -- when they truly need money the most, there is a reluctance to give due to the fear of offending one's sense of pride.  By providing people the opportunity to ask for help through a trusted platform, however, we are erasing taboos and legitimizing a huge unspoken need in this country.
