Meet Jasen Goebel

Jasen

Q: What do you enjoy about coming to the DDRC?

A:  I always have a lot of energy when I come here.  Everyone at the DDRC is a lot of fun.  I feel like I love this place.  It's a really good place.  It's fun because you can work on your goals and you're getting supported.  I have support workers that are a lot of fun.

Q: What are your goals?

A: I have had a job at Safeway for over two years, but my favourite dream right now is trying to find a recording studio.  I'd love to be a singer.  I'd like to be a pop sensation.  That'd be really fun.  I'd grow my hair out long and dye it black.

Q: What are you doing right now to achieve that?

A:  Right now, I'm just trying to take baby steps.  First, I'm trying to get singing lessons, which will help.  I started looking at studios that can help me.  I've been searching the web for information. Read More Button
