|All-American Cheeseburger Recipe
This is one of the most unique and best tasting cheeseburgers in the world today. It's given its wonderful flavor by cherries, apples, and onions and let me tell you when people bite into this burger you see their eyes get big and they usually say wow!
Here it's important that you buy the highest quality ingredients and that you shop around for the sesame seed topped buns which is one of the things that gives this sandwich its own unique flavor that you're not soon going to forget.
All American Cheeseburger Ingredients:
1. Two Pounds Lean Ground Beef.
2. Two Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar.
3. Two Tablespoons Dijon Mustard.
4. One Fourth Cup Dried Cherries With No Seeds.
5. One Fourth Cup Fine Diced Vidalia Sweet Onion.
6. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.
7. One Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.
You want to mix all of the above ingredients in a large bowl and mix your ingredients up very well. You want dried cherries with no seeds and you will need to puree these in a food processor. You want your onion to be very finely minced. And it's important that you get all your ingredients mixed together very well.
Once you have you meat mixed together very well you'll want to make it out into very flat four ounce burgers. You'll want to take a 2-3 ounce piece of cheddar cheese that is sliced flat and put it in the center of two flat hamburger patties and press the meat together so you end up with the cheese in the center of the half pound burger.
You now want to put your stuffed half pound burgers on a tray and cover them and put them in the refrigerator for at least four hours to let your meat soak up the ingredients in it.
You can get ready by spreading the top and bottom of each bun with margarine and then put the sesame seed buns back into the package they came in.
You want a thin slice of cheddar cheese for when the burgers get done. You'll want three slices of crisp bacon cooked and drained well for each burger. You're going to need lettuce leafs ready and tomato slices cut thin.
Now after four hours have passed you're ready to cook your half pound burgers stuffed with cheese and other delicious ingredients. Cook your burgers over low to medium heat on the grill until you're sure the burgers are cooked at least medium well. By this time the cheese slice inside each burger will be melted. Cover each burger with a slice of cheese now and lay three strips of bacon on each burger.
You want to toast your sesame seed buns until the buns are golden brown and you're now ready to put your sandwiches together. Lay the toasted bottoms of your sesame seed buns down and then when you're sure the burgers are done take each one off and lay it on the bottom of a toasted bun. Lay lettuce leafs and a slice of tomato on top and spread the top part of the bun with mayonnaise. You can cut these sandwiches in half and serve them with healthy oven fries and a couple of dill pickle spears for a tasty treat people are not going to forget any time soon.
And now you have just made the best All American Cheeseburger that you will ever eat. I don't think you'll find a better one anywhere.
