What to do with proposal "graphics & mayonnaise" complainers?

Dear Proposal Doctor,

 

Managing a big, complicated proposal is hard enough without having to listen to my complainers all day. I have two of them. They complain about everything from the quality of the graphics to the mayonnaise on the sandwiches at lunch.  

 

Responding to their issues and listening to them vent is just taking too much of my time, and I am worried about meeting our deadline for red team. I might even have to postpone it. How can I deal with these individuals?

Brent Hunt

Brent brings more than 12 years' experience in the federal procurement process as well as 15 years' management, marketing, business development (BD), and proposal management experience. He is a Certified Project Manager, George Washington University, holds Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Foundation Level accreditation, brings extensive experience in all aspects of account management, and is fully conversant in the FAR and DFAR.

 

Prior to joining Lohfeld Consulting Group, Brent served as Business Development Manager for ESI International, a professional training organization that provides project management and contract management training in the civilian, defense, and intelligence markets.
